By purchasing a tarot reading, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
All tarot reading sessions are non-refundable once the service has been purchased, regardless of whether:
- You change your mind
- You choose not to attend the session
- You forget your appointment
- You are unable to join due to personal reasons
Tarot readings involve time reserved exclusively for you, and once booked, that time is no longer available to other clients.
2. Refunds Issued by Tarot With Nimo
A full refund will be issued only under the following condition:
- If Tarot With Nimo is unable to conduct the session due to unforeseen circumstances and rescheduling is not possible.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on payment provider processing timelines).
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may request to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
- Repeated rescheduling may be declined at our discretion.
All session times are based on Indian Standard Time (IST). It is the client’s responsibility to convert time zones correctly.
4. Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)
If you:
- Do not attend the scheduled Zoom session
- Arrive significantly late
- Fail to join without prior notice
The session will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
5. Technical Issues
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring stable internet connectivity
- Access to Zoom prior to the session
- Being present in a quiet environment
If technical issues occur on the client’s side, the session will not be extended or refunded.
If technical issues occur on our side, reasonable steps will be taken to reschedule or complete the session.
6. International Payments
For international clients:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in the original currency paid.
- Currency conversion fees or transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.
7. Agreement to Policy
By booking a session with Tarot With Nimo, you confirm that:

- You understand that all sales are final
