At Tarot With Nimo, each session is thoughtfully scheduled and time is reserved exclusively for you. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before booking a consultation.
By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
- All bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the client, regardless of reason.
- This includes cancellations due to personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.
Once a session is booked, that time slot is blocked and cannot be reassigned at short notice.
2. Rescheduling in Place of Cancellation
- Clients may request one reschedule if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be declined.
- Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.
All session times are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST). Clients are responsible for time zone conversions.
3. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
- Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows.
- If you do not attend the Zoom session at the scheduled time, the session will be considered completed.
- No refund or rescheduling will be offered in such cases.
If you join late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
4. Cancellation by Tarot With Nimo
In the rare event that Tarot With Nimo needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You will be offered the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, or
- A full refund will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.
5. Technical Issues
- Clients are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and Zoom access.
- Technical issues on the client’s side do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or extension.
- If technical issues occur on our side, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the session.
6. Agreement to Policy
By booking a session with Tarot With Nimo, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this Cancellation Policy
- You agree to the non-cancellable nature of the services
- You accept that missed or cancelled sessions are not eligible for refunds
